APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 400,000.00) FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF WATERWORKS SYSTEM TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2005 AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR C.Y. 2006 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 400,000.00) taken out of the unappropriated surplus of General Fund, C.Y. 2005 as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2006, is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Four Hundred Thousand (P 400,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the Improvement of Waterworks System in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored
On Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Member and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
