APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P950,893.91 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE 20% IRA FUND C.Y. 2002 AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, 20% IRA FUND C.Y. 2003 AS APPROVED BY THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P950,893.91 out of
the unappropriated surplus of the 20% IRA Fund, C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2003 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P950,893.91 is hereby appropriated
For the following to wit:

a) Solid Waste disposal purchase of equipment facilities….. P100,000.00
b) Development and Improvement of Punta Cruz Watch
Tower and Park………………………………………….. P450,000.00
c) Computers, Multi Media Projector, other
Communication facilities………………………………… P150,000.00
d) Purchase of chairs, equipment for Maribojoc
Cultural Center…………………………………………… P 90,000.00
e) Revision of Real Property Assessment…………………… P110,000.00
f) Repair of Public buildings………………………………… P 50,000.00

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan .

SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
