BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE: The amount of Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (P 312,300.00) is hereby appropriated to be taken out of the appropriated surplus, General General Fund C. Y. 2006 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol..

SECTION 2 – PURPOSE: The amount of Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (P312,300.00) is hereby appropriated for use of the following, to wit:

SECTION 3 – SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled;

SECTION 4 – EFFECTIVITY: This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
