AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES OF 1983 OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF PAGNITOAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The Barangay Ordinance No. 4, series of 1983 of Pagnitoan Barangay Council, Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol is hereby approve and deemed operational.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect as stated in the effectivity of the said ordinance.

After due deliberation.

LET COPIES BE FURNISHED, the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol, Barangay Treasurer of Pagnitoan, Maribojoc, Bohol and the Assistant Principal for Pagnitoan Barangay High School for their guidance and implementation
