APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P130,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS, C.Y. 2002 FOR THE COMMUNICATION SERVICES AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE IN THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2003.

BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P130,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus, c.Y. 2002 as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2003;

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P130,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the following items, to wit:

a) Communication Services……………………. P70,000.00
b) Vehicle maintenance in the Office
Of the Mayor………………………………… P60,000.00
TOTAL……………… P130,000.00

SECTION 3. Sponsoring and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval..
