AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND C.Y. 2005 AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR C.Y. 2006 FOR ELECTRICITY EXPENSES OF THE MARIBOJOC WATERWORKS SYSTEM, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, PROVINCE OF BOHOL.

BE ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and source.- The amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P500,000.00) which shall be taken out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund C.Y. 2005 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2006 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) is
hereby appropriated for Electricity Expenses of the Maribojoc Waterworks System, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on
Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled;

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
