REQUIRING MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES TO UNCH THRU BUNDY CLOCK UPON ENTERING AND LEAVING THE OFFICE AS THEIR OFFICIAL TIME RECORD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Definition of Terms.-

a.) Bundy Clock – A Machine for measuring and indicating the divisions of time by means of hands moving over a dial-plate by inserting and I.D. Card made for this purpose to indicate the exact time when an employees enters ad leaves the office.

b.) I.D. Card – Is a printed piece of pasteboard used for various social or business purposes.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The use of bundy clock and a special I.D. card for the employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol is designed to help the employees to the efficient and effective in their services for the constituents of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3. The special I.D. card of an employee will be inserted in the bundy clock every time he/she enters and leaves office in the morning and afternoon and the use of bundy clock and ID Card will be considered as the official daily time record.

SECTION 4: Prohibition.- No employees is allowed to insert I the bundy cloak an ID Card of his-co-employee who intends to be late in entering office or leaving the office earlier as prescribed by the rules ad regulations of the Civil Service Commission.

SECTION 5: Penalty-. Both employees who have committed an anomaly I the use of the Special ID Card for bundy clock purposes shall be penalized in the following manner, to wit:

a.) First Offense – Reprimand by the Chief Executive
after the case will be reported by the HRMA.

b.) Second Offense – A penalty of one day to be
considered as absent from office.

c.) Third Offense – Suspension for a period of one
month without pay.

SECTION 6: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval with proper information to the Municipal employees.
