APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P 20,000.00 OUT OF THE EXCESS IRA FUNDS, C.Y. 2002 FOR THE MUNICIPAL INFORMATION SYSTEM/WEBSITE COSTING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P 20,000.00 out of the Excess IRA Funds, C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2002;

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P 20,000.00 out of the excess IRA Funds C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated for the Municipal Information System / Website Costing in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberations.- This ordinance is sponsored on mass motion by the SB Members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
