AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (P202,375.50) FOR THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICER TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET C. Y. 2006 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos
(P50,000.00) which shall be taken out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund C.Y. 2005 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2006 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) is hereby
appropriated for Gasoline, Oils, Lubricant Expenses of the Philippine National Police..

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored
on Mass Motion by the 17th Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc Bohol and deliberated during its session duly assembled;

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol, Provincial Budget Officer, Tagbilaran City and Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval.
