APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P100,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES/FACILITIES, MISCELLANEOUS, AND OTHER EXPENSES AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2001 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source: The amount of P100,000.00 out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000 is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: Purpose: The amount of P100,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the
maintenance of government vehicles/facilities, miscellaneous and other expenses for the following appropriations, to wit:

A. Government vehicles – P40,000.00
B. Government facilities – P30,000.00
C. Miscellaneous and other expenses – P30,000.00
Total – – – – – -P100,000.00

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation: This ordinance was sponsored on mass
motion and deliberated by the Sangguniang Bayan Members present during their session duly assembled.

SECTION 4: Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
