“APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF GENERAL FUND C.Y. 2002 FOR THE TRAVELING ALLOWANCE OF THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN AS A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET OF C.Y. 2003 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00 ) out of the unappropriated surplus of General Fund C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2003;

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of (P150,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the traveling allowance of the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.-. This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on mass motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4. Effectivity.-. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
