AN ORDINANCE ON AUGMENTATION OF FUNDS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Department of Budget and Management Memorandum Circular, to augment funds, the Chief Executive should be given an authority to approve such augmentation of funds for a particular department;

WHEREAS, no local funds should be

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Two Hundred Two

Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P202,375.50) which shall be taken out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund C.Y. 2006 is hereby appropriated in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Two Hundred Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P202,375.50) is hereby appropriated for the position of Municipal Health Officer, to wit:

Salary (July to December) …………………. P 131,262.00

RATA …………………. 33,600.00

ACA/PERA …………………. 12,000.00

Bonus (50%) …………………. 10,938.00

Cash Gift (50%) …………………. 2,500.00

Subsistence / Laundry …………………. 9,900.00

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc Bohol and deliberated during its session duly assembled;

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
