AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P2,832.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THR PAYMENTS OF UNCOLLECTED THREE MONTHS SALARY OF MR. FLORENCIO PASTER, AS MDC FROM JANUARY TO MARCH 1982.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – That the amount of P2,832.00 is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund for the payments of uncollected three months salary of Mr. Florencio Paster as MDC from January to March, 1982.

Section 2 – That this ordinance is in consonance with the Civil Service Commission memorandum regarding of the MDC as occupied by Mr. Florencio Paster.

Section 3 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Acting Budget Officer,Maribojoc, Bohol for his approval.
