AN ORDINANCE RIVERTING THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND OF P10,000.00 FROM THE ASSESSMENT ALLOTMENT FOR THE ADDITIONAL CONCRETE FENCING OF THE TOWN PLAZA.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – That the Infrastructure Fund of P10,000.00 alloted for assessment purposes be riverted for the additional concrete fencing of the town plaza.

Section 2- That the amount of P10,000,00 is hereby appropriated for the concrete fencing of the town plaza out of the Infrastructure Fund.

Section 3- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Acting Budget Officer, Maribojoc, Bohol for his appropriate action.
