AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P250.00 FOR EXPENSES FOR THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN BRINGING THE REFERENDUM ISSUES TO THE PEOPLE

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

ARTICLE I PURPOSE

SECTION 1: The amount of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY PESO (P250.00) is hereby appropriated from out of the 20% development fund for informational and training activities up to October 15, 1976, as provided for in PD No. 991. Any amount herein authorized shall be spent exclusively for programs and activities to be conducted by the local government that of bringing the issues to the people and which are for their decision on Referendum Day;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

After due deliberation

RESOLVED, that the foregoing Municipal Ordinance No. 2, series of 1976 be and hereby is approved, furnishing copies.

THEREFORE, the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol and other authorities concerned for their information and guidance.
