AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P33,000.00 FOR THE ADDITIONAL COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AND THE COLA OF THE PLAZA CARETAKER IN THE AMOUNT OF P1,200.00 OUT OD THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDS RETROACTIVE IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 1986.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P33,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the additional Cost of Living Allowance of the Municipal Officials and Employees out of the surplus of the General Fund.

SECTION 2: That the amount of P1,200.00 is hereby appropriated for the COLA of the Plaza Caretaker out of the surplus of the Infrastructure Fund;

SECTION 3: That the Municipal Officials and Employees shall receive P100.00 each as an additional COLA retroactive in January, 1986;

SECTION 4: That the SB Members shall receive P50.00 each as an additional COLA retroactive in January, 1986.

SECTION 5: That the Day Care Worker shall receive P50.00 additional COLA retroactive in January, 1986;

SECTION 6: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
