AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P1,728.00 FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OF THE MIDWEEK STAR FOR THE 22 BARANGAYS OF MARIBOJOC OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P1,728.00 is hereby appropriated for the subscription of the Midweek Star for the 22 barangays of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the surplus of the general fund.

SECTION 2: That the subscription covers from the month of April to December, 1986 for 24 copies.

SECTION 3: That the 22 copies will be given to the 22 barangays and the office of the Mayor and the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan Office.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for their appropriate action.
