AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P300.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF BANNER OF THE SEAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC TO BE DISPLAYED AT THE BOHOL PC COMMAND OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P300.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of banner of the seal of the municipality of Maribojoc to be displayed at the Bohol PC Command out of the surplus of the General Fund.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran, the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
