AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P500.00 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BARANGAY NURSERY OF SAN ROQUE OUT OF THE ALLOTMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL NURSERY IN THE 20% IRA FUND BUDGET.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P500.00 is hereby appropriated as an aid for the establishment of barangay nursery of San Roque out of the allotment of the Municipal Nursery in the 20% IRA fund budget.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran, and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
