AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P19,508.99 AS A YEAR END BONUS, CY 1986 FOR ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P19,508.99 is hereby appropriated as a year end bonus, for all officials and employees out of the surplus of the General Fund, 1986.

SECTION 2: That all officials and employees shall received a year end bonus equivalent to a one (1) month salary, CY 1986.

SECTION 3: That all SB Members shall receive a year end bonus equivalent to a per diem of one regular session in the amount of P100.00 each.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

SECTION 4: That any person or group of persons who violates the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined of not less than P200.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 20 days or both at the discretion of the Court.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribooc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
