AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P6,850.00 AS ADDITIONAL COLA FOR THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FROM JULY TO DECEMBER, 1986 OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P6,850.00 is hereby appropriated as additional COLA for the Municipal Officials and Employees from July to December, 1986 out of the surplus of the General Fund.

SECTION 2: That the regular officials and employees shall receive an additional P50.00 per month as COLA from July to December, 1986.

SECTION 3: That all SB members shall receive an additional P25.00 per month as COLA from July to December, 1986.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
