APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P55,469.86 OUT OF THE SAVINGS OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICE EQUALIZATION FUND, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS RELATED TO DEVOLUTION AND DELIVERY OF BASIC SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 : Appropriation and Source – The amount of P55,469.86 out of the savings of the Local Government Service Equalization Fund, C.Y. 2000 for the implementation of projects related to devolution and delivery of basic services in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol is hereby realigned and appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001.

SECTION 2. : Purpose – The amount of P55,469.86 is hereby appropriated for the following items, to wit:

a.) Medicare Para Sa Masa, C.Y. 2001-2002 = P 17,641.80

b.) Acquisition and Installation of Pumpboat Engine for CRMP = 30,000.00

c.) Repair of Bantay Dagat Pumpboat = 7,828.06

Total = P 55,469.86

SECTION 3 : Sponsorship and Deliberation – This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 4 : Effectivity – This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
