ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF THE ASSISTANT MUNICIPAL TREASURER IN THE PLANTILLA OF PERSONNEL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol in their session duly assembled, that:

SECTION 1. Abolition of Position. – The following position in the 2001 Plantilla of Personnel of the Municipality of Maribojoc is hereby abolished, viz:

SECTION 2. RATIONALE. – The abolition of the aforementioned positions in the Plantilla of Personnel is in line with the thrust of the Municipal Government in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Province of Bohol.

SECTION 3. SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. – This Ordinance was sponsored en masse during the session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Maribojoc and duly deliberated by the members present thereof;

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
