AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P250.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) FLUORESCENT LAMPS FOR THE BARANGAY OF LINCOD STREET LIGHTINGS OUT OF ANY AVAILABLE LOCAL FUNDS.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P250.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of two (2) fluorescent lamps for the barangay of Lincod Street lightings out of any available local funds.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, Tagbilaran City thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for their approval and implementation.
