AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P14,000.00 FOR THE OTHER SERVICES OF THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR AND THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER’S OFFICE OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1987.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P14,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the other services of the Office of the Mayor and the Municipal Treasurer’s Office out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 2: That the amount of P7,000.00 is allotted for the Office of the Mayor and the amount of P7,000.00 is appropriation for the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.

SECTION 3: That this appropriation ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for approval.
