AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P250.00 FROM AUGUST TO DECEMBER, 1987 FOR THE COLA OF THE CASUAL EMPLOYEE AT PUNTA CRUZ HISTORICAL WATCH TOWER AND PARK OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1987.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P250.00 is hereby appropriated from August to December, 1987 for the COLA of the casual employee at Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower and Park out of the unappropriated balance of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 2: That the casual employee at Punta Cruz Watch Tower and Park will be given a P50.00 monthly COLA and the same amount will be donated to the Barangay of Punta Cruz by the employee concerned for the additional income of said barangay.

SECTION 3: That this appropriation ordinance takes effect upon approval.
