AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P28,364.00 FOR ONE MONTH CHRISTMAS BONUS FOR ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1987.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P28,364.00 is hereby appropriated for one month Christmas bonus for all officials and employees of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 2: That the SB Members will receive the amount of P220.00 each as Christmas bonus for CY 1987.

SECTION 3: That the regular officials and Rank and File employees will receive a Christmas bonus for CY 1987 equivalent to one month salary.

SECTION 4: That the casual employees with six months stay in office will receive the amount of P330.00 each as Christmas bonus for CY 1987.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval of the Provincial Budget Office.

After due deliberation.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, Tagbilaran City thru the Municipal Budget Officer, Maribojoc, Bohol for appropriate action.
