APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P15,000.00 FOR THE SOCIAL FUNDS OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN FOR THE INDIGENT PEOPLE OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE BOXING PROCEEDS ON NOVEMBER 18, 2000.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source: The amount of P15,000.00 out of the boxing proceeds on November 18, 2000 is hereby appropriated for the indigent people of Maribojoc, Bohol as a Social Fund of the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 2: Purpose: The amount of P15,000.00 out of the boxing proceeds on November 18, 2000 is for the Social funds of the Sangguniang Bayan for the indigent people of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: Requesting Party: The appropriation ordinance was requested by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol for the Social funds of said body.

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation: The appropriation measure was sponsored on mass motion by the SB Members and was deliberated by the SB Members present.

SECTION 5: Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
