AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ( P1, 500.00 ) FOR THE EXPENSES IN CONNECTION OF THE PROTEST OF MR. PHILIP R. MEDEQUISO AS SECTORAL REPRESENTATIVE REPRESENTING THE INDUSTRIAL LABOR SECTOR IN THE SANGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1989.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1 –That the amount of P1, 500.00 is hereby appropriated for the expenses in connection of the protest on the appointment of Mr. Philip R. Medequiso as sectoral representative representing the Industrial/Labor Sector in the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1989.

Sec. 2 – That this appropriation ordinance takes effect upon approval.
