AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCES PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS FOR PEACEFUL CONDUCT OF BENEFIT DANCES, MEETINGS, SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND ANY SOCIAL ACTIVITY IN THE BARANGAY OF LINCOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1:    That the Barangay Council of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan, an ordinance prescribing regulations for peaceful conduct of benefit dances, meetings, school programs and social activity in the barangay of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and consultation
with proper authority has found out that said barangay ordinance is in order and within the power of the Barangay Council of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

Let copies be furnished the Barangay Council of Lincod, Maribojoc, Bohol thru the Barangay Captain for information and implementation.
