AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE IMPOSING THE AMOUNT OF P2.50 AS CLEARANCE FEE FOR THOSE RESIDENTS WHO ASK FOR THIS PURPOSE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PUNTA CRUZ, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol
submitted a barangay ordinance for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That said ordinance imposes a barangay clearance fee in the
amount of P2.50 to those residents who ask for this purpose.

SECTION 3: That such imposition is a 25% implementation from the Municipal
imposition of a Mayor’s Clearance Fee.

SECTION 4: That the Barangay Clearance fee of Punta Cruz is within the scope
and power of the Barangay Council of Punta Cruz, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
