AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:

SECTION 1: That the following barangay ordinance of Bayacabac are hereby
approved by the Sangguniang Bayan:

a. An ordinance imposing slaughter fee in the amount of P2.50 for pig in the barangay of Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol.

b. An ordinance imposing barangay license fee with the amount of 10% from the Municipal impositions to all owners of stores within the jurisdiction of Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
