AN ORDINANCE TO NAME SAN VICENTE STREET EXTENSION INTO MAYOR JACINTO M. PADONIA STREET, POBLACION, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: It is a fitting tribute to honor an official who has served the town
for so many years particularly for his deed and achievements.

SECTION 2: Mayor Jacinto M. Padonia has served the Municipality of
Maribojoc as a Barrio Tiente, Municipal Councilor, Vice Mayor and Municipal Mayor for more than 20 years.

SECTION 3: To remember his person the Sangguniang Bayan has named the
San Vicente Street Extension into Mayor Jacinto M. Padonia street of Poblacion, maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: That by virtue of this ordinance the San Vicente Street Extension
will be called Mayor Jacinto M. Padonia street.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

Let copies be furnished the Family of the late Mayor Jacinto M. padonia, the Barangay Captain of Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol and to other concerned for their information and guidance.
