APPROVING THE ANNUAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET, C.Y. 2003 IN THE AMOUNT OF P 20,800,000.00 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P20,800,000.00) out of the General Fud, C.Y. 2003 is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 20,80,000.00 is budgeted for the following offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2003, to wit:

a.) Mayor’s Office = P 1,152,719.60
b.) Sangguniang Bayan = P 3,834,043.12
c.) Municipal/SB Secretary = P 802,647.44
d.) Municipal Treasurer = P 1,189,558.32
e.) Municipal Accountant = P 591,987.76

g.) MPDC Office = P 723,897.44
h.) Municipal Civil Registrar = P 408,488.60
i.) Municipal Assessor = P 428,180.04
j.) Special Services = P 148,889.12

SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- This appropriation ordinance for the Annual General Fund Budget, C.Y. 2003 was requested by the Chief Executive for the smooth operation of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on mass motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
