AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 408 AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P7,100.00 AS SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR FIVE (5) CASUAL EMPLOYEES IN PARTIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF SALARY STANDARDIZATION LAW OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1990 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P7,100.00 is hereby appropriated as Salary
Adjustments for five (5) casual employees in partial implementation of Salary Standardization Law out of the unappropriated surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1990 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: That the five (5) casual employees shall be given a P5.00/day
increase or P35.00/day as their daily wage.

SECTION 3: That the amount of P7,100.00 is hereby appropriated in the
following schedule.

Wages ———- P 6,600.00
Medicare ———- 450.00
Term Insurance ———- 60.00
Total ———- P 7,110.00

SECTION 7: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
