AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF PAGNITOAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PROHIBITING ANIMAL OWNERS TO PASTURE THEIR ANIMALS INSIDE THE SCHOOL CAMPUS OF PAGNITOAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Pagnitoan has submitted a regulatory
ordinance to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study has found out
that said ordinance is in order and within the power of the barangay.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby approved.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon on June 15, 1990 and the
year thereafter.

After due deliberation.
