AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ( P267,000.00 ) OUT OF THE SAVINGS OF THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) OF THE CURRENT YEAR AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO JOB ORDERS, CONTRACTUAL, OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND GENERAL SERVICES EMPLOYEES, IN THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – Appropriation and Source: The amount of Two Hundred Sixty Seven
(Php267,000.00) out of the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) savings of the Current Year as financial assistance to Job Orders, Contractual, other Professional Services and General Services employees in the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2 – Purpose: The amount of Two Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Pesos (P 267,000.00)
out of the MOOE Savings of the Current year as financial assistance to Job Orders, Contractual, Other Professional Services and General Services employees in the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3 – That the financial assistance to contractual and casual employees shall be within the
power and jurisdiction of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 4 – That the implementation of the financial assistance shall be implemented by the Social
Welfare Office and Mayor’s Office.

SECTION 5 – Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on Mass
Motion by the SB Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 7 – Effectivity: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
