AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF ALIGUAY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL IMPOSING PENALTY TO PERSONS CAUGHT OR REPORTED ENGAGED, PLAYING OR RATHER OPERATING ANY ILLEGAL WAY OF GAMBLING OF SAID BARANGAY.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted a barangay ordinance to the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan has reviewed and studied the
barangay ordinance of Aliguay and said ordinance is found to be in order and within the power of the barangay to impose and implement within its jurisdiction.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect on July 19, 1990.

After due deliberation.
