AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE IMPOSING A BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF P2.50 WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY CANDAVID, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol has
Presented before the Sangguniang Bayan an ordinance for review and approval of said body.

SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a due deliberation has approved the
Barangay Clearance fee of Candavid for it is within the scope and power of the barangay.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
