AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF CABAWAN BARANGAY COUNCIL PROVIDING TRAVELING ALLOWANCE TO ALL BARANGAY OFFICIALS PERFORMING THEIR OFFICIAL DURING DUTIES OUTSIDE OF THE BARANGAY OF CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted a barangay ordinance providing traveling allowance to all barangay officials performing their officials duties outside of the barangay of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and deliberation,
hereby approves the barangay ordinance of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol for it is within the scope and power of the Barangay Council of Cabawan.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
