AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF GUIWANON BARANGAY COUNCIL IMPOSING PENALTY TO GOAT OWNERS WHO PASTURE THEIR GOATS IN OTHER LOTS WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE LOT OWNERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF GUIWANON, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Guiwanon Barangay Council has submitted a barangay
ordinance imposing penalty to goat owners who pasture their goats in other lots without permission of the lot owners within the jurisdiction of Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a careful deliberation found out
that said ordinance is within the power of the barangay for protection purposes.

SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan approves the Barangay Ordinance of
Guiwanon Barangay Council, Guiwanon, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
