AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF JANDIG BARANGAY COUNCIL JANDIG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL IMPOSING A 25% FEE (MUNICIPAL TAX ORDINANCE) PER LOAD OF WATER HAULED FROM THE BOLOCBOLOC SPRING.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The Barangay Council of Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a Barangay Ordinance for review and approval.

SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and deliberation has found out that the proposed ordinance is within the scope and power of the barangay;

SECTION 3: The Sangguniang Bayan hereby approved the Barangay Ordinances of Jandig Barangay Council imposing a 25% fee per load of water hauled from the Bolocboloc Spring as in conformity with the existing Municipal Ordinance.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
