AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF BAYACABAC BARANGAY COUNCIL, BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PROHIBITING ANY PERSON DRIVING A BICYCLE OR ANY VEHICLE RUNNING WITHOUT LIGHT ALONG ISAAC JABINES SR. STREET, BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The Barangay Council of Bayacabc, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a barangay ordinance for review and approval..

SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a thorough and careful deliberation has found out that said ordinance is within the scope and power of the barangay.

SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang bayan has approved the Barangay ordinance of Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol prohibiting any person driving a bicycle or any vehicle running without light along Isaac Jabines Sr. Street, Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol:

SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
