AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P1,200.00 PAYMENT OF 64 COL. CM. AD PLACEMENT PUBLISHED IN THE BOHOL CHRONICLE IN ITS ISSUE OF SEPTEMBER 15, 1991.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The amount of P1,200.00 is hereby appropriated for the payment of 64 col. Cm. AD Placement published in the Bohol Chronicle in its issue of September 15, 1991 out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund CY 1991.

SECTION 2: That this appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for approval and appropriate action.
