AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P2,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF GASOLINE AND OIL TO BE USED IN THE PUMPBOAT ENGINE OF THE BANTAY DAGAT SEABORNE PATROL IN THE MUNICIPAL SEAWATERS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1991.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P2,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of gasoline and oil to be used in the pumpboat engine of the Bantay Dagat Seaborne Patrol in the Municipal Seawaters of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the unappropriated surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1991.

SECTION 2: That this appropriation ordinance takes effect upon approval.
