AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF CANDAVID BARANGAY COUNCIL PENALIZING VANDALISM AND IMPROPER USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY IN THE BARANGAY OF CANDAVID, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL..

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a Barangay Ordinances penalizing vandalism and improper use of public property in the Barangay of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol for review and approval.

SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a thorough study and consultation has found out that said ordinance is within the power and scope of the Candavid Barangay Council, Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan has approved the Barangay Council of Candavid Barangay Council and the same be enforced and implemented for the good of the community of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
