AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P138,151.26 FOR THE CASH GIFT AND BONUS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1991 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty One pesos and Twenty Six Centavos (P138,151.26) is hereby appropriated for the cash gift and year end bonus of the Municipal Officials and Employees out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1991 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 2: That the amount of Forty Six Thousand and Three Hundred Pesos (P46,300.00) is appropriated for cash gift of the Municipal Officials and Employees, CY 1991.

SECTION 3: That the amount of Ninety One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty One Pesos and Twenty Six Centavos (P91,851.26) is appropriated for the year end bonus of the Municipal Officials and employees, CY 1991.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
