AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED PESOS ( P600.00 ) TO PURCHASE TWO ( 2 ) WEIGHING SCALES TO BE USED IN THE MEAT SECTION OF THE PUBLIC MARKET TO BE TAKEN FROM THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – The amount of Six Hundred Pesos ( P600.00 ) is hereby appropriated for the purchase of two ( 2 ) weighing scales to be used in the meat section of the Public Market to be taken out of the Infrastructure Fund.

Section 2 – That this instruments will be in the official weighing scales in the meat section of the public market.

Section 3 – This Ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After the passage of the two resolutions, the request of Barangay Captain Macario Madaje, a representative of the Association of the Barangay Captains of this municipa-
lity was deferred pending the result of tax collections in the first six months of CY 1982.

The employees of the Municipal Treasurer’s Office were called to attend the meeting so that a heart to heart dialogue between the officials and employees regarding the merit system and efficiency in service would be adopted as the basis of salary increases and bonuses for the next year’s implementation.

There being no business before the body, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 o’clock and 30 minutes post meridian.
