AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 4, 7 AND 12 OF THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 12 SERIES OF 1964.

Sec. 1- add this sentence to Sec. 4: “ One to two persons maybe allowed to spend the night at block tiendas and carenderias to safeguard their properties from calamities and robberies;

Sec. 2 – Change second sentence in Sec. 7 into “ Dressing and cleaning of fresh fishes are done only at the provided space for the purpose and wastes should properly disposed”

Sec. 3 – Increase penalty of “ not less than P50.00 but not more than P100.00 into “ not less than P150.00 and not more than P300.00”.

Sec. 4 – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Sec. 5 – The Municipal Ordinance No. 12, series of 1964 with these amendments
be posted at a conspicuous place in the market.
