AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES TO WEAR NAME TAG/INDENTIFICATION CARD DURING OFFICE HOURS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Sec. 1- To serve as a distinction of every employee and elected officials in our municipality and to which office he or she belongs to.

Sec. 2 – This will fasten time in facilitating strangers, visitors as well as the people of Maribojoc, Bohol with their problem and who to turn to during office hours.

Sec. 3 – To be easily identified of his/her designation by a person who purposely come to our municipality to ask help on their problem and will enable them to receive a fast and direct flow of service.

Sec. 4 – To prevent discourtesy from some people especially to strangers who drop by our municipality and wanted to get some information or help.

Sec. 5 – Any employee or group of employees, officials stationed in our municipality caught not wearing Name Tag/Identification Card during office hours shall be subject to following penalties.

1st offence – – – will be reprimanded by the head of office

2nd offence – – – a fine of P50.00/and or consider one ( 1 ) day absent without pay.

3rd offence – – – a fine of P100.00/and or considered two ( 2 ) days absent without
Pay.

Sec. 6 – In case that the employee concerned will be terminated, he or she must surrender the said Nametag/Identification Card to her or his immediate supervisor or Department Head.

Sec. 7 – The cost of the Nametag/Identification Card shall be charge for individuals account.

Sec. 8 – Effectivity: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
